Erin and her team are great! I brought a 25+ various VHS and VHS-C tapes to be digitized and was very impressed with the quality of the work. Some of the tapes were damaged but the folks at Bays were able to get them transferred and saved. Wonderful attention to detail and customer service!!
Erin rocks! Made things quick and simple and treated me with so much kindness! Glad to be able to deal with a small local business....will most definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!
