Went here to get a painting framed. The man that owns the shop was kind and extremely patient as he showed me the variety of frames at different price points that I could choose from. Transaction was seamless as well - I paid 50% up front and paid the other half when I picked it up.
I made photo for EAD here, spent like 5 minutes. Photos were accepted without an issue. Good result. Price is average. Update in 2022. Not sure why people mention 25 $ for two photos for US passport, I was there a day ago and it cost me only 13$
