What customers say
As an experimental filmmaker, who still shoots and edits on 16mm (and has very little money), I do not think that I could continue my craft without Cinelab. I have been sending thousands of feet of my beloved negs over to them for about a year now.
This review is of Lumens Photo Lab, a stills development and scanning service run out of the same building and lab as Cinelab. I've had great results from Lumens, with there only being two problems, one major, and one more of a subjective problem.
Hands down the best. Used different labs in the past and paid more with those labs than for the same quality as Cinelab. They truly are the very best and wonderful to work with.
Rob and the team produce the highest quality Super8 scans I've ever seen. I am consistently blown away by the detail, sharpness, and colors, and I can't imagine sending my film anywhere else!
