Lori at Dot Gallery & Frame Shop was exceptionally helpful with a gift for my mother-in-law! They kept detailed records of how she framed a certain picture, and were able to print and frame a picture in the exact way that would match. Lori even hand-delivered the item to my mother-in-law!
