4.5 if I could....As you can imagine, this is such a personal/intimate project. I did feel confident in their services as far sending it off with "strangers." I felt I was updated accordingly and total turnaround time was very reasonable.
This was a good experience. I had old VHS tapes from early 2000’s with a wonderful family event. I had it digitized onto a flash drive and was able to revisit this event and give the flashdrives as gifts. The process was super smooth and the staff let me know what was going on every step of the way
La communication est excellente, l'équipe m'a avertie à chaque étape de la procédure. Les prix sont abordables, sauf pour les frais fixes de $45 que je trouve élevés mais ça en valait la peine. Ils m'ont remis les cassettes originales dans une belle sacoche accompagnés des tarifs et des recommendations du technicien.
