Great communication throughout the process. I dropped my tapes off at a local store in Long Island and felt very comfortable that they’d be handled well and they were. I wish the transfer had more editing included like taking out long blacked out sections or white snow.
After my mom passed away, we were left with a ton of pictures from all different eras. I didn't know what to do with them and then someone suggested digitizing them.
Every step of the process was outlined and I was updated with progress. Final product (audio recordings) are very good quality, clearly and correctly labeled, and I am extremely happy with my experience. I highly recommend EverPresent for preserving audio from dead formats!
