Kudos to the entire team at EverPresent/Just8mm; you do incredible work. My brother, sister and I were extremely pleased with our experience with Just8mm. Our Mother is 91 years old and our Dad passed away two years ago. We've been going through boxes and discovered 12 reels of family film, dating back to 1954.
They did a very good job coordinating material pick up but it took a very long time to hear back from EverPresent once they had my items. I called several times and no one had answers to my questions. They were apologetic but it was frustrating. I will add that it was peak Covid times so things were less than ideal.
Working with Everpresent to transform old VHS cassettes into digital files proved to be an extremely smooth and efficient process end to end, with clear communication throughout. Highly recommend
