I had some of my parents’ old 35mm slides digitized. EverPresent's consultants were with me every step of the way explaining the process from pick up/drop off, digitizing, cleaning, and how I would eventually be able to view our treasures. I highly recommend this service if you have memories you would like to view.
EverPresent offers a great service and do a good job in scanning images and converted VHS tapes, and they keep you informed along the way so you know how your order is progressing. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable.
I cannot recommend this company enough. They were exactly what I was looking for when I found an album from the 1940s in a family member's home. The album was not in the best condition (very fragile and crumbling) so I was nervous about sending it off.
EverPresent did a good job scanning my photos, no complaints. They kept in touch about the process and timing, returned all of my original photos in good shape. It did end up being a bit pricey. But I think all of these services are pricey.
