It’s my first time developing film so I didn’t know how to work my film camera and what to check off on the box’s when getting it developed but the lady was super sweet and helpful. She was willing to help me rewind my film and told me what each box meant on the sheet I was filling out.
You get what you pay for. Fromex charges more for film processing than Costco but they always do a great job. I never see any scratches on my negatives from Fromex like I did from Costco. The staff at Fromex is courteous and are always willing to work around my schedule. I highly recommend them.
If you want one of the most professional photo labs and printing locations in Southern California you found it with Fromex. When I was working exclusively with film they were amazing. I could even bring bear film to them and they were able to process it. No problem, you just have to let them know.
I've wanted a quality printer for my black and white images for quite sometime and I must say Fromex did everything right. Their process using Ilford Paper resulted in clean high contrast prints that brought me many compliments when the photos were framed.
