Roman osmanov you came to give a 1 star because you thought they had to go out of their way to suit you. What a 🤡. They clearly told you they were backed up and could not help you, but you felt that was not enough so you came to throw a fit. I am glad they rejected you. They did not loose a customer i guarantee that.
Their quick their cheap they answer the phone, they have film and good prices otherwise sold out, ive never had a big issue with this place. Definitely the place where alot of people get their film developed.
Been going here for years to get my film photos done. They’ve come out great every time and with such a short wait. Forget about CVS or Walgreens or any other place that’s going to do your film photos with adequate/average quality and takes week.
I dropped off a couple of film rolls, and one came out blank. The person over the phone was really nice and offered to develop my next roll. I came back and finally found my email - it was exactly 2 years ago! They found my info in a little notebook and honored the offer.
