I've used them for mail-in processing a few times now and I think their prices and quality are great! I was just in the area and dropped off the film directly to them this time. Very friendly, but they have no reception area. If you visit, you walk right in to their shipping and receiving area.
I've used several film development services, but Indie Film Lab has genuinely been the best one I have used to date. The film development and scan quality is better than several of their competitors. I will for sure be using their services again, and I recommend you do the same!
Have been using Indie Film Lab for over 5 years, I have won many local and state and national image competitions, and had my work displayed at the North Carolina Art Museum, images that merited in the International Photo Competition that have one thing in common, they were all scnned at Indie Film Lab.
Hands down the best lab experience! Indie’s dedication to customer services is unprecedented - someone always answers the phone during business hours and they are always quick and consistent with their scans.
