I have been here a few times and I don’t understand the negative reviews. Yes the MRI is done in a “trailer” type of equipment but so was a MRI I had done at a Beaumont facility in West Bloomfield.
Had an excellent experience ! The staff is phenomenal! - I came in early on a Saturday morning, and the receptionist, Jordan, was very polite, pleasant, helpful, and respectful of my time.
Just left here and let me tell you. I am extremely claustrophobic and when I went to basha open MRI, I had the worse experience, your put into a small machine, whole body where you can barely move and it only makes your anxiety go up. I literally cried in there.
I highly, highly recommend M1 imaging for MRIs. I had been trying to get MRIs through another facility for a couple of weeks, but they could not get an authorization from Blue Cross Blue Shield.
