Great service. Work order# 378709 Tech Luis was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained throughout process what he was attempting to fix. He replaced chip on Samsung TV. TV is working like brand new. Also, would like to thank Steve for working around my schedule and sending someone out in a timely manner.
