I didn't see all the negative reviews until after I sent in my irreplaceable memories, so needless to say I was worried.. I sent in 32 home movies. Mark and his team were in touch with me regularly regarding my project and they were very courteous, kind and reassuring.
Found an audio reel after my Papaw passed in his room. The whole family had never seen or even heard it existed. Of course we were all so very curious what was on it. Mark and them walked us through the steps, we shipped it to them, they were able to pull the audio off in great condition.
A friend recommended this photo restoration business. At first I was a bit nervous because the photograph was an original, quite old and valuable. Furthermore, I didn't actually deal with anyone in person. However, Mark contacted me quickly (via mobile), and stayed in communication with me throughout the process.
We recently had Photograph Restoration take our 50 year old super 8 film and put it on CD’s for us. They did an outstanding job complete with music. Our entire family watched together on Easter Sunday. We were all touched and teary eyed at times.
