We couldn't be happier with our experience. We found Chris during an online search following a disappointing experience with another local photography shop. The quality of the scans was exceptional. The scans done by the prior shop were so poor.
Outstanding service! I sent negatives to Scan-Slides, via USPS, for processing, and there was a small mix-up with the delivery. Concerned, I contacted Chris about the delay in delivery and he was more than helpful, going above and beyond, in providing assistance to ensure my slides were properly received.
Chris and Scan-Slides was very easy to work with and completed my project within 24 hours. I had some old photos to scan and retouch, plus some old 35mm negatives I wanted scanned for future print making. I appreciated his recommendations and options and was very satisfied with his pricing.
I brought my father's 1960s-70s slides here and have only good things to report. Safe, sound, trustworthy. Good basic scans for family projections at home. We've had a great time hearing (and learning) our dad's stories about his earlier years.
