Words can not express how grateful I am to Tim. I'm a pro wedding photographer who shoots 100% film. I had over 80 rolls of processed film that my normal lab couldn't get done. It was one excuse after the other, and a couple was considering litigation because their photos are late.
Mr Ulmer is the only person in the area that still does color film developing in-house in the area. His prices are more than reasonable and he will even scan your photos and but then into a thumb drive (for an additional fee, of course).
What can I say about Ulmer Photo. Firstly it's the only place in Stockton that properly develops film, and will digitize the film. I started going to this store 2 years ago, and I am always happy to go get my film developed here.
WE LOVE TIM & ULMER PHOTO. Tim is an amazing guy! Kind, funny, and just all around fantastic. He does SO MUCH for the Community and is always involved in what makes Stockton great! Ulmer Photo is always stocked with awesome cameras, photo gear, film.. anything you need- it’s probably there!
