I had 8mm, VHS tapes and a few DVD’s digitized by EverPresent. I was 100% satisfied with the entire process from dropping my precious memories off in person within a few miles of my house, to the extensive updates of where my project was in the process and again picking the finished project up in person.
Wonderful results with very important old VHS tapes. Staff was very empathetic (Melissa), and communicated with me throughout the process during shutdowns of businesses here in NJ. I used EverPresent to digitize an audio tape from my father's band as a gift for him. A dropoff at this art gallery, and then they provided detailed email updates during the process. Would definitely recommend for tee digitization of older media formats.
