What customers say
I chose digital-only which was significantly cheaper than the other options. The process takes several weeks, but there was good communications as the tapes were evaluated (they tell you if anything is damaged, blank, or can't be converted), and again as scans were near completion.
EverPresent finished my VHS digitization project weeks ahead of schedule, and under-budget! And they have unbelievably good customer service. I got phone calls from their staff members multiple times during the process with information and updates, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
As much I might enjoy scanning the odd handful of photos or negatives, getting a box of old family slides to review seemed daunting. EverPresent scanned my slides (and titled then with information on the boxes) all of which made it easy to enjoy memories from long ago.
I am so impressed by the service at EverPresent. My project was completed much earlier than expected and the staff was communicative and response during the whole process. They helped to preserve some truly priceless family memories.
