I grew up in the Monterey area became a shutter bug in the late 70s. I was takeing film to be processed about anywhere. After useing greens it was clear my photos looked like a new lvl of quality I stayed there after that.
Sam is #1. She’s helpful and kind, and runs a tight ship!!! I used their camera for my business and she was very gracious with the rental process. 12/10 would come here again! Thank you Sam! They also wonderfully developed some film that was 5+ years old and they came out perfect!
It is lean times for those who love to photograph with film but greens is a resource for Monterey Salinas and I believe film will come back round again and be cool and popular and endure long after the selfie platforms have emptied both barrels full clip their own wings and retweeted #andnobirdsang.
I highly recommend Green's Camera World. I teach photography and get all of my film and equipment there. Plus I know that my students will get correct, expert advice at this store. On a personal note, they have fair pricing and will not try badger for a sale, and that's why I keep coming back.
