What customers say
Phototech labs has been my go to for film developing and scanning since 2016. Their work, price, and service is always exceptional. So many of my memories have been securely and beautifully brought to life thanks to this lab!
If there's any other photo lab left in Richmond, I haven't found it and nor do I want to. The quality and cost of the prints here is unmatched, and the owners are very nice people who are doing this because they love it.
Just picked up two rolls of black and white, after having two color rolls developed last week. Both experiences were excellent. This isn't a chain pharmacy photo lab, so you won't get it back in two hours. That being said, it was still much faster than when Ritz used to send film off to somewhere in Georgia.
I get my film developed and printed here, and it's always a great experience knowing that my film is getting well taken care of. The owners are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure things are done right. Prints are always great; I've had digital prints done here too and they do a good job.
