I've had a chance to use EP and Kodak, and I definitely had a better experience with Ever-present. I have recommended them to friends and family, because you have real people - where you drop it off and pick it up, quality control, reports, phone calls, etc.
The process of working with Everpresent was simple and uncomplicated. After the phone consultation we were given an address to drop off the tapes. The woman at the drop of center was knowledgeable about the process and conducted business in front of me so I could ensure the order form was sealed with the tapes.
Fantastic experience with Everpresent. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. My family history mini audio tape interviews from the 1990's are now preserved forever in digital format and thumb drive. I'm so happy that I can share them with my family far and near!
EverPresent got the job done ahead of time and under the budget. My original slides were over 50 years old and in most cases they look like they might have just been taken. Thank you EverPresent for a job well done!
