Excellent service and communication throughout the process. When you are trusting your one copy of old VHS tape made from family 16MM footage converted years ago it really helps to have some one let you know about any issues and keep you in the loop.
I have had two projects done. One VHS and 8mm video cassettes conversion and 3000 slides converted. The source material was between 30 and 40 years old. Results were very good to excellent. Family history is better preserved.
Everpresent did a marvelous job with the 2 projects they did for me, one had a Beta Tape that was so old, that equipment was no longer available to open it, another was some old film that I had never seen, found EverPresent on-line called and the rest is history.
Amazing customer service, great care was taken with the many 8mm tapes I provided, the final product is amazing. Very fast turnaround, process was seamless. Putting in my 2nd order soon. HIGHLY recommend.
