I brought over a Teac reel to reel tape recorder that I have had since 1980, and there was a board that was cracked and needed to be replaced. After locating a replacement part (took 5 years of searching) I brought it over to Louis at Video Electronics.
This is my go-to shop for any of my electronic repairs. I'm a pro musician, and until I found this shop, I had to either go into Watertown or other places that weren't as reliable. I have always been completely satisfied with the work and the service these guys provide. They're quick and reasonable.
I contacted Video Electronics after digging out my 23 year old VX2000 and finding it wouldn't play tapes properly. I had read about them on Reddit. Kerry was able to repair the camera in only two days for a very reasonable price. The camera is working great again and I can now import DV footage for long term archiving!
